4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, which is cash on delivery, through a mutually agreed refund method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or refund.
